NEW BUILDING SECTION 1995 COMMENDATION
Russell Terrace is a development of three town houses in a Conservation Area. The central 'house' provides vehicular access to the rear and integral garaging for the outer two houses concealing this modern provision for the motor car from views from the street where these houses sit comfortably amongst their 18th Century neighbours.
