18th-century Grade II House

Formerly two cottages, this extended house needed radical re-thinking to improve its tortuous internal circulation.

We added a small glass extension to link two rooms and removed walls, so creating a family room with fabulous views of the river and countryside beyond.

To one side, a utility area has been provided with brick and weatherboard elevations, in keeping with the vernacular style.
