Grade II Listed Vicarage

This former vicarage was in need of substantial renovation and alteration.  Historically,  a range of rooms had been added across the original front elevation, in Georgian style.  This had resulted in the loss of the original front door and the creation of an insignificant porch (see 'before' photo).

We stabalised the numerous structural defects caused by previous works, installed modern services throughout, and added new bathrooms and a larger kitchen.

Enhancing the entrance, the new porch incoporates a glass roof, hidden behind the stone parapet, allowing natural light to flood into the hall behind.

The result is a comfortable period home, sensitively restored for the next generation.
