Little Croye

Little Croye was built in the 1970’s with an appearance that was very much a national building type of it’s time large – single glazed picture windows and mass produced national bricks and roof tiles. The transformation imitates the traditional appearance of an eighteen century house – with sash windows under a slate roof. The renovations included the upgrade of the insulation with the dry lining of the outside with rigid foam insulation that has a self-coloured ender finish to make an attractive energy efficient house. The project is a last house project for our clients incorporating a lift to the first floor and a carers flat in an annexe above the garage and a south facing swimming pool to a small walled garden.
