Having successfully completed an intricate roof conversion to provide additional bedrooms and bathroom, the second phase was to address the inadequate original kitchen. A rather dilapidated timber conservatory occupied the ideal site for a new kitchen.
Following its removal, together with a reduction of ground levels, the kitchen and principal rooms could be seamlessly linked by an elegant glazed extension across part of the rear elevation. The extension also incorporated a new utility and boot room, together with a generously sized family kitchen with island and informal dining area.
With plenty of natural light and views of the garden that were previously untapped, the new kitchen and extended terrace provided limitless opportunity for internal and external dining.
