The Waterhouse

New Build – Classical design

A wooded river valley provides an exquisite setting for this exceptional new classical house.

The design could be described as literate in the classical vocabulary.  Added with contemporary elements, such as copper roofs.  Glass roof slopes over the main hall create an atrium that features a glass floored landing that bridges two sides of the first floor. Living rooms face the picturesque views behind  glass walls of stone columned facades.

The modern tech includes features such as a ground-sourced heat pump as a primary heat generator with heat recovery from ground pipes beneath the level of the lakes.
