PART II OR EXPERIENCED ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN
We are seeking a creative talented Architect or Architectural Technician to join our award-winning practice specialising in high quality residential, new build, remodelling and conservation work for discerning private clients. AutoCAD and Revit skills essential. Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and at least 4 years post registration experience in this sector required.
We offer a wide range of interesting professional experience in a friendly environment.
Our architectural works consists primarily of bespoke residential dwellings ranging from new build designed to principals of Passive Haus, renovation and alteration of historic houses and the conversion of historic buildings.
Applicants should:
Be proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
Photoshop and Sketchup
Have strong communication skills
Be motivated, proactive, organised and able to meet deadlines
